INFINITY Biofuels Ltd. is a company formed by two Scientists, Larry Melnichuk and Sue Kelly. We have three purposes: 1) act as a holding company for the I P related to the production of renewable gasoline from waste; 2) to research, develop and patent additional processes for other renewable fuels; and 3) to License our patented technology We have hired professionals with experience in operating public companies to ensure we succeed.

    VP Process Design

    In 1990 solids to liquid technology was invent when he was awarded a federal grant to develop a process which produces non-oxygenated hydrocarbons from organics, The company built a bench model which demonstrated the concept, leading to a pilot of the process, for which they were granted a US patent in 1999. In 2000, he began working on converting biomass to oxygenated fuel. In 2009 he went on to develop the waste-to-gasoline technology

    President

    Responsible for corporate management, technical research and markets. Acquired industry knowledge in alternate fuels, closely monitored both and maintained an extensive data base Dr. Kelly’s involvement in the biofuel field began in 1990 to develop a conversion technologies, administering federal funds granted to further the production of hydrocarbons from organic materials, and is co- inventor of patents, the first was in the U.S. in 1999.

  • Phil Jacobs:Mr. Jacobs holds an MBA, Marketing – Fairleigh Dickenson University, Rutherford, NJ and a BS, Chemistry, North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC
    CEO

    Mr. Jacobs has held positions of ranging from CEO and COO development programs, significantly increasing sales. Mr. Jacobs also was responsible for the profitable turnaround and sale of a RI medical deveice manufacturer, increasing sales growth from $ 19 to 40 MM. Has international experience with import/export agreements with Britain, France, Britain, France, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Mexico, Australia, Pakistan, China and Indonesia.

  • Don Sigler:graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Atlanta, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management.

    For the twenty-five years he has been instrumental in arranging financial equity and debt transactions for public companies and early stage development firms totaling over $100 million.
    From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Sigler was Chairman of the Board for Innovative Coatings Corporation, a publicly held company . From 1994 to 1996 he was Chairman of the Board and a founder of World Net Holdings, Inc., a publicly held company in Atlanta, Georgia.

  • R Cogan: The University of Western Ontario, and from Upper Canada College, Toronto.
    VP Business Development

    Mr. Cogan is an experienced marketing and sales entrepreneur, and has been assisting companies for the past 25 years with business development challenges through networking and value added partnerships. His focus is to harness opportunities in the renewable energy sector and real estate investment.
