Mr. Poldiak is currently a Senior Scientific Sales Specialist with emka TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. He has 10 years of experience with biomedical research devices and software sales for highly specialized life science research laboratories. He handles customer accounts, technical support, product development, and systems integration for wide variety of advanced physiologic research systems. He has a B.S. in Biology from the Virginia Military Institute.

Mr. Ryals has a M.S. in Bioengineering. He is a medical device veteran with experience in both start-ups and large companies to include BrainLAB, BIOMET, and J&J Orthopedics. He has a proven track record for developing innovative tactics for new products. He has launched and managed numerous medical devices in the orthopedic industry.

Mr. Kaddoura founded emka TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., in 2001, a successful biomedical engineering firm specializing in software and hardware for preclinical research. He has demonstrated experience in setting up a new company to include policies, procedures, IT infrastructure, HR, accounting, R & D, marketing, & sales. He has a biomedical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Chen, a US Army Veteran, is experienced in the business development of medical devices with Stryker Endoscopy. He is currently the COO of a global petrochemical inspection company, L.A.B.S. Edward has a proven record of vendor management attributing to bring services and products to the market.
