Brandon was born and raised around agriculture. He has worked for the family hay brokerage since he was 14. He has started a number of small businesses, several have thrived. He has a fair amount of bad investments, losses and failures under his belt as well, all of which have given him the experience needed to learn and adapt quickly. Brandon is resourceful, creative and believe in living out side the box.

Michael Herman is a 21-year veteran in the digital marketing industry. He created his Red Drop Digital marketing agency at the request of former clients looking for a different and better marketing agency experience driven by a stronger and more personal relationship. Michael has led accounts for national and international brands such as Hyundai USA, Royal Caribbean, Ally Bank, and Ashley Furniture HomeStore. He also runs free training events.

Max Rezende serves as CFO and works closely with Brandon in strategizing the future and direction of INDX .
Max has worked across several industries including the commercial banking, healthcare and tech consulting sectors. Within these industries, he has successfully started, run and sold a couple of ventures. He will graduate from the ASU W.P. Carey MBA program in December 2017.

Vincent Serpico and the SerpicoDEV team serve as INDX’s development partner. Vincent serves in the capacity of INDX’s CTO and advisory board member. Vincent brings 20+ years of development experience to INDX, with an international team of expert application developers, machine learning engineers, and data analysts.
