Karen Compton is Creative Director and managing principal of A3K Consulting. In this capacity, she is responsible for the operation of the firm, new business and the recruitment/retention of new team members.
Karen Compton has over 14 years of experience in the architecture/engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry, and has served as Director of Business Development and serves as a business consultant to national design/construction firms.

Industry Speaks’™ web design is lead by Michael Sy. Michael Sy, graphic designer, who possess a MFA in Communications and New Media Design from Art Center College of Design and his Bachelors of Architecture from USC. He is further supported by Eric Volkerman who is responsible for code development, programming and language design. He is a programmer and video game designer.
