Dean brings 20 years of experience with 10 years directly selling education related solutions. Before founding Inductv he was Vice President of Sales and Services for WebAssign. He also serves on the Advisory Council for North Carolina Virtual Public School, a state-funded entity that works with school districts in providing online courses.

Kimberly is a Mathematics Professor for Wharton County Junior College with teaching experience in high school and higher ed. In addition to being a Subject Matter Expert and a Master Course Builder, she is an Intuitive Teaching Professional able to accurately evaluate needs and implement effective strategies to improve instructional skills and student acceptance.

With more than 30 years at marketing and business communications company RR Donnelley, Fred has helped numerous companies evolve their creative strategy as the industry has moved through desktop publishing, interactive CD's, application development and digital delivery through the internet.
