It creates a direct contact between the visitor and host, with a use of a tablet in the lobby and hosts personal smartphone. indoor.ninja acts as an interactive building directory for offices. the solution is targeted at facility management companies and small or medium sized office building owners.

The solution enables:
1) a personal contact between the host and visitor directly from the lobby,
2) send an elevator to deliver the visitor to the right floor,
3) monitoring the arrival of the elevator and
4) guide the visitor to the destination
5) meeting the guest personally on the destination floor.

The system brings along efficiency in guest management, security as the elevator can only be used by a person authorized by the host, as well as cost reduction since the need for receptionist’s services diminishes and the related area on each floor can be used for business purposes.
