This business is a single member LLC. I will manage the first two properties. I want to have 2-3 properties within the next 4 years. I am active duty Air Force & I can use my VA loan to buy the houses but I need help furnishing & making renovations to properties to get them up to spend. I want anyone to be able to afford a "luxury" style vacation in the comfort of "their" home. I would also use the money to help to pay the members of my team.
