Matt is a pioneer in the areas of fair trade, organics, and environmental practices. Matt has 25 years of senior operations, sales and business development experience in the retail/wholesale industry. Matt is responsible for overseeing the wholesale team, costing, margin planning and speaking on behalf of the brand. Matt has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon, Currently serving on the Board of Go Local.

CEO & Co-Founder
Scott heads the company and is the visionary behind the INDIGENOUS brand. Scott's a pioneer in organic fibers, fair trade fashion and sustainable supply chains. Scott has served on C&A Foundations Investment Committee, the BOD of Agora Partnerships. He served on the Organic Fiber Council helping to set the USDA standards for Organic Cotton. He served on Fair Trade USA's MSG, setting the standard for certified fair-trade apparel.
