Steve Goodwin is the developer of Township 9, a 65-acre multi-use project that will be home to nearly 2,500 housing units, 800,000 square feet of office space and 100,000 square feet of urban retail. Steve serves as the president of the River District Board.

For the past several years Nikki has been a finish consultant in the areas of sustainable business and lifestyles. As a finish consultant, the focus of her work has been in finding and promoting, sustainable products, services, and practices. She has designed educational programs and presentations related to the scope of sustainability - related to various businesses and services attended.

With over 25 years as a design leader in the home building industry, John is the director of firm marketing and conceptual design for a variety of housing types. Over 35,000 homes across the West bear the signature design style he brings to PHA. With direct experience in development and construction, John understands the importance of designing product that not only meets high standards of design, but that it be cost effective to build.

Ken Nicholson is a Managing Partner of McNic Productions. He has over 34 years of experience in many areas of media production including broadcast radio and television, concert music production and sound engineering. Ken currently serves as Post Production Supervisor at Big Table Media. Big Table currently produces six weekly series for the DIY Network and HGTV as well as specials that the networks request .

With over 19 years as a planner, designer, & project manager, Michael has developed an extensive portfolio of significant international planning work that encompasses retail, commercial, residential, & civic projects. Ten years practicing abroad have given him insight on the value of understanding different cultures & local customs, and how they influence local design.

Corey has 13 years experience as a project manager, land planner, and architect, with an emphasis on healthcare projects. among his healthcare clients are UC Davis Medical Center, Children's Hospital in Oakland, and Summit Alta Bates Medical Center. Other experience includes land planning and entitlements for a number of residential developments in the Sacramento Area.

As an Architect, Shawn has a wok history that encompasses a broad range of knowledge and abilities in the fields of architecture including: Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bid & Negotiation, and Construction Administration.

Since founding Carson development Company, Inc., nearly 27 years ago, Johan has developed hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial, industrial and residential properties, including
