Jaime Wood holds an MFA in creative writing from Eastern Washington University & an MA in English education from Colorado State University. She started her teaching career in an Expeditionary Learning Outward Bound charter school in Fort Collins, Colorado. She has since taught English at Colorado State University, University of Missouri-St. Louis, & Eastern Washington University. Currently, Jaime teaches writing at Clackamas Community College.

Kevilina Burbank holds degrees from both Concordia and Portland State University. She has a wide range of teaching experience that includes university level English, for-profit education, and US middle and high schools. She also spent a year teaching in China. Kevilina has been on staff at Clackamas Community College since 2006.

Peter holds an MBA from Portland State University. He has extensive business development and marketing experience in industries such as Film/Television and Software Development. He also spent six years developing and leading corporate training programs for companies in Asia and the Middle East, including Ford Thailand and Kuwait Petroleum.

Steve is a self-taught programmer with over 30 years experience as a software developer/designer. This includes creating systems from scratch for two successful start-ups in the 1980s and 1990s. He came out of early retirement in 2012 to work with his daughter, co-founder Jaime, as she advances innovation in education via IncitED.
