Cathy is entrepreneurial lead and professor of experimental psychology at Ulster University who understands how the brain controls movement. Over the last 20 years she has developed a suite of analytics to unlock the secrets of how we move, why we move and why sometimes we can't. She has published 85 scientific papers and has developed the concept of Action Intelligence (AQ) to quantify our ability to make the right decision at the right time.

Adrien is COO but also Technical lead. He has considerable project management experience in academic research but also private enterprise. He has strong data analytics skills and technical knowledge. He leads all aspects of the technical integration pulling together internal developments and subcontracted parts of the project. He has extensive experience carrying out medical-related work and has deep knowledge of operations management.
