Lane graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, with a B.A. in Business Finance. Lane has lived in Ecuador and Spain, and is proficient in Spanish. Incandesce was born out of Lane's desire to start a company that would make a difference in people's lives. Lane leads Incandesce and spurs creative forward thinking, constantly looking for new ways to innovate and bring clean energy to people around the world.

Zach has a love for traveling and discovering new places with his wife, whom he married in 2011. Zach has spent the last 6 years in the retail industry working for established brands in the marketplace. He has experience consulting for retailers in El Salvador, Sweden, and the US. His passion for serving people and mission based work has inspired him to help construct Incandesce and to work to meaningfully impact the lives of people.

Somya has been a long time artist and photographer, receiving her BFA in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon. She began her career as a product designer during the dot-com boom, in the heart of Silicon Valley, working for several top notch design firms and think tanks. Over the years she has become an award winning designer with extensive experience in all visual elements of marketing and advertising.
