    Following 7 years working for the Treasury and Inland Revenue, Richard has held CFO roles at Thomas Cook, Andersen, Watson Wyatt, Polestar and Reconomy. He is currently CFO for Alexander Mann Solutions, and has recently been instrumental in selling the business to New Mountain Capital for £260m. Richard brings experience in private equity, financial management, fundraising, M & A and strategy development and is also an investor in Incahoot.

  • John brings substantial experience within the highly competitive energy, IT, telecoms and commercial sectors, having worked for such companies as IBM, Powergen (E.ON), Flogas and Thames Water (RWE). Most of his career has been spent in sales, marketing and general management, both in the UK and internationally. John has operated at Executive management level for over 15 years.

    Non-Executive Chairman

    Experience at Main Board level in UK Plc.’s, as well as successfully bringing start-ups to market, both in the UK and internationally. He has held a number of senior roles at British Steel, AEA Technology, BOC Group, and Virgin. He co-founded, and remains a shareholder in the Virgin Life Care business that now operates successfully in the US and South Africa. Stephen is an investor in Incahoot.
