Mr. Downey has a passion for internet marketing & has designed and promoted over 2500 websites.

Mr. Downey since has lent his talents to several major companies including America
Online, Hewlett Packard, Prodigy, QSR, Comcast, and Broomley Capital Ventures. He
has built hundreds of websites and provided valuable technical and marketing support
to many small and midsize businesses all the way up to large corporations.

Mr. Porter graduated from Duke University, and has both an MBA and a JD degree from the University of South Carolina.

After practicing law for five years, he and a partner started Everything's $1.00, which eventually became a chain of 32 stores. In 1990 the company was bought out by Value Merchant's a NYSE company headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.
