    Since a long time ago (almost 25 years), he had his own café shop. First in Greece and after that in Albania.Mr. Ioannis will be the person who will check all the products that will come out the bar and the lecturer of our staff. So, he will care of selection and recruitment of the staff. As knowledgeable on coffee products as well as our expertise, he has the selection of coffee blend (Michel) and all the raw materials that get’s in.
