Hugh has been recognized as one of the top 30 entrepreneurs in Australia under age 30 and is a core member of the Finance and Investment Working Group for the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. Hugh previously founded a successful non-profit focused on the energy and microfinance space, worked as a management consultant in Australia, and was the director of business development for the largest carbon project developer in the US.

Brian has 7 years of experience working for Booz Allen and PricewaterhouseCoopers on sustainability and energy initiatives as well as managing complex IT projects. He has an MBA from the John Hopkins University and is LEED certified.

Nate has 13 years of experience in international development, a majority of that in West Africa. For six of those years he has been building innovative distribution channels for low cost products. He is fluent in French and Senegalese Wolof, conversational in three others and has a Masters from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and an MBA from Yale University.
