    Jan has over 30 years experience in the bioenergy and organics recycling field. His last venture was as Co-Founder and CTO of the regional bioenergy provider Harvest Power. Harvest has over 450 employees, $100MM in revenue, and $200MM+ in VC.

    Jan's holds 6 bioenergy patents and his project portfolio comprises over 10MM tons of organic energy and recycling capacity. Jan is a registered Civil Environmental Engineer and attended Purdue Universit

  • COO and Co-Founder

    Connor is a seasoned marketing and business development professional possessing more than a decade of B2B and B2C sales and brand marketing experience. He has driven corporate sales and marketing programs in an array of industries including cleantech, high tech, healthcare, action sports, and the outdoor industry. Connor was most recently Global Marketing Manager for K2 Sports and studied Business Administration at the University of Montana.

  • Anne-Claire Mitchell
    Project Manager and Co-Founder

    Anne-Claire is a sustainability and ecology scientist who studied Plant and Soil Science as an undergrad at the University of Hawaii and received her Masters at the University of Idaho. As a researcher, project coordinator, and sustainability consultant she brings valuable experience in sustainability as it relates to the built environment and agriculture in addition to her grant writing and renewable energy expertise.

  • Business Development Manager and Co-Founder

    Sam served as organics field expert during source separation, feedstock preparation, and conversion to energy. Sam developed proprietary systems for automating load identification, quality control, scoring, documenting, and connecting with scale and accounting systems from the field. He graduated from University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business with a double option in Marketing and Real Estate, concentration in Entrepreneurship.
