I am a project consultant and my interest is in the use of pico/micro hydroelectric installations to maximize the viability of complete self sustainability. After working closely with a small, localized NPO I realized that a great deal more that can be accomplished if electricity was freely available to facilitate the use of aqua-, electro-, hydro-, and bio-intensive, perma-culture in small scale feeding projects.
