Company Summary

Immusoft is a gene therapy company that turns patients' cells into drug factories. The first clinical application of our platform is a treatment for a rare genetic disease called MPS I. People suffering from this disease can't make an enzyme they need to process waste sugars. We modify their immune cells to secrete the missing enzyme. This same technology can be applied to many other diseases by simply changing the DNA we put into the cells.
