Tyto Online helps teachers engage their students in actively doing science. We use a video game that empowers students to directly explore science phenomena and solve authentic problems, like solving a food shortage through learning genetics or piloting an ant robot to investigate puzzling deaths in a colony. Last school year, we had 30% MOM active user growth and have been awarded over $1.5m in grants from the NSF and others.
