Mr. Ramsay is an imaging expert who has consistently generated breakthroughs in the creation and development of technologies for a wide range of business applications. He has 10 patents in the domains of optics, image processing, and computer-based machine learning. Ramsay's background includes the development of technologies for the FBI; the restoration of Thomas Edison’s movies for the Library of Congress, and many more.

Mr. Moss brings three decades of extensive experience in managing & leading transitional change in technology with more than a decade in the healthcare sector. He brings extensive bus dev, operational and marketing experience from senior roles with several of the world’s largest high-tech companies including Siemens, Cisco & Tandberg orchestrating hardware to software transitional market strategies. Mr. Moss is a graduate of the College of NJ.

Mr. Boyce brings strategic commercialization experience in medical devices and technology, pharmaceuticals, & financial services. Boyce started his career in consumer packaged goods at J&J & then moved to the medical device sector. Additional experience includes start-ups where he managed the firm’s growth from inception to $25MM+ in annual revenue. Mr. Boyce received a BS and an MBA from Villanova University and served 8 years in the U.S. Navy.
