My name is Derek Liberty and i'm hoping to open an exotic pet shop. I have been wanting to do this for 5 years now. The thing that will help this shop thrive is that we have 3 colleges in 20 miles of each other and the closest pet shop is 50 miles away that has a variety of pets, but still no exotics. The colleges are a cash cow that hasn't been used locally. They all go 50+ miles away to get there supplies.
