Mark Roady, President and CEO, brings more than 20 years of management experience in the medical device industry. Prior to forming Illustra Medical, Mark was in charge of sales at 3 start-up medical device companies. In addition, he started and ran a successful medical device distributorship operating in four states. Mark has a BS degree in Biology, and Minors in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of New Mexico.

Nariman Noorzady, Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development, brings sales, marketing and manufacturing experience to Illustra Medical. Nariman has held sales management positions at Centinel Spine and Paradigm Spine, in the Western Area. Additionally, he held various marketing and sales positions at Cayenne Medical, ArthroCare and Opus Medical. Nariman has a BS degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
