Kwaku leads Ilerasoft’s long-term strategy. He encountered healthcare complexities working as consultant at a large health system. Seeing opportunities in tech he moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, working in global operations and finance. He holds an M.S. in Healthcare Management and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester

Melanie leads Ilerasoft’s customer engagement and operations. In her previous role she worked as a Data Analyst for the largest Clinical Engineering Firm in the US, UHS. She gained project management experience at Memorial Hermann Health System, Texas Medical Center. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Howard University.

Dan leads Ilerasoft as the chief medical officer. He provides clinical direction for the company, expertise and identifies new and innovative strategies to help achieve business goals. He comes to Ilerasoft as an award winning scientific and academic leader in the medical field. Dan holds an MD degree with clinical rotations completed at Emory University and has an MBA in Health Care Management, and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
