Ferenc has 40-year track record of creating successful technology companies. The mid-'80’s trend of using OS & comms platforms as foundations for software apps did much to advance information technology. But Ferenc saw little was being done for security. He pioneered development of a secure software platform for information management. That & other efforts as well as the rise of cyberthreats drove Ferenc to form Identify.

Andre brings to his role 35+ years of experience in sales & operational management at companies just beginning to generate revenue to those booking in excess of $1 billion. He has a deep understanding of all sales methods and channels; direct, OEM, wholesale, retail, catalog and government. Andre holds a BA in Psychology from William Paterson University and did graduate studies in Behavior Analysis Psychology at Farleigh Dickinson University.

Steve applies 20+ years’ experience in corporate & product marketing as well as business development in the technology industry to his role at Identify. He played key roles in strategic initiatives that built brands, created new markets or increased stakeholder value for a wide range of companies. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, holding a B.J. degree with honors.

Dave’s career includes roles at pre-revenue start-ups, revenue-based start-ups and established private and publicly-held technology companies. He brings to Identify a skill-set that includes deal structuring, fund raising, M&A and compliance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Canisius College, an MBA in Operations Management & Finance from Syracuse University and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Experience includes product development & launches in start-up environments to leading strategic development & customer support for Fortune 500 plus R&D initiatives. He is expert in mission critical software, enterprise security, telecom technologies & product lifecycle management. Wayne has an enviable record of fostering innovation, including technical patents and employee engagement.
