    Iris Wedeking, MBA (Co-founder & CEO), founded and scaled a national organization (Kesem) that is now in its 20th year with 136 chapters across 44 states and a $14M budget. Iris built and managed the Kesem Board of Directors, raised over $500K and managed over 500 volunteers nationwide. Iris has an MBA from UC Berkeley, worked in marketing at The Clorox Company for eight years and managed operations for three dental implant centers for two years.

    David Sanderson, MS, MBA (VP of R&D) has served in R&D, Operations and Quality leadership roles for medical device companies for 25 years, and has managed R&D teams at multiple companies throughout his career, including Boston Scientific, Xtent and BioCardia. He most recently served as a Vice President at PowerVision (acquired by Alcon), where he led the Quality, Manufacturing and Program Management Groups.
