    Iris Wedeking, MBA (CEO & founder) has been a visionary leader in the dental industry for 10 years. Prior to founding iDentical, she served as COO for 3 dental implant centers. Mrs. Wedeking is a two-time founder and CEO. Previously, she founded and scaled a national organization in the oncology sector that has 115 chapters across 41 states. She also served as a senior marketing leader at The Clorox Company. Iris holds an MBA from UC Berkeley.

    David Sanderson, MS, MBA (VP of R&D) has served in R&D, Operations and Quality leadership roles for medical device companies for 30 years, and has managed R&D teams at multiple companies throughout his career, including Boston Scientific, Xtent and BioCardia. He most recently served as a Vice President at PowerVision (acquired by Alcon), where he led the Quality, Manufacturing and Program Management Groups.
