Rebecca worked at Endeavor (www.endeavor.org) for 7 years before joining Ideame to head up the Business Development, Communications and Expansion strategy. At Endeavor she oversaw the communications, branding and events strategy for Endeavor's 12 offices worldwide, and oversaw Endeavor Global's annual events. Additionally, she managed Endeavor's fundraising initiatives, and event sponsorships, generating on avg $2M annually.
