We will identify low to middle income communities and build an ICT college where youth will be able to access ICT education at affordable prices. This ICT college will not only focus on ICT education but also offer education in Entrepreneurship, and at the end of their courses provide soft loans to those who will develop excellent business plans and Ideas. This will be done to bridge the gap in ICT Education among the less privileged.
