First came to the US to work on a tech startup in 2013, one year after earning his B.Sc. in Game Design. An experienced programmer, he next developed his natural ability to lead people, soon earning his M.Sc. in Project Management. In 2014 he reignited an old project, My Own Games, which eventually morphed into IcozWeb. Now, Paulo will guide IcozWeb into becoming a future reference in the e-commerce business.

First worked with AdWords back in 2006, and by 2009 his SEO feats caught the attention of Google itself, where he was invited to work as Account Manager. Eventually resigned in 2010 to create his own company, one which evolved to become IcozWeb. Today, holding all AdWords certifications, he handles over 150 accounts and manages campaigns for each IcozWeb customer - free of charge.

Holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science — graduating with honors, being awarded the Medal of Academic Merit — and also a M.Sc. degree in Informatics. A bookworm since youth and a published researcher, he gave up a promising scholarly life to help build IcozWeb. Thiago brings the best of the academic world into e-commerce, applying his solid scientific background in the development of a leading sales platform.

Holds a B.B.A. degree and a Master’s in Corporate Finance. Worked at the Bradesco S.A. Bank as Account Manager from 2010 to 2013, handling only the accounts of large corporations and learning first-hand how big companies take care of their budget. Left Bradesco to help his father run the family business, a regional internet provider called LPNET, and by 2015, now an experienced financial manager, joined IcozWeb as CFO.

Has a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering and is passionate about new technologies, gorgeous design and how both interact with each other. With more than eight years experience in software development, Rafael has a deep knowledge of server technology and networking. Now, he will manage the whole IT infrastructure of IcozWeb, improving everything to deliver a blazing fast e-commerce experience.

A seasoned developer with extensive knowledge over a vast range of programming technologies. First met Paulo when both were in college, and they later started working together in the US. Now, holding a B.Sc. in Game Design, Daniel will use his more than seven years of experience in software and UI development to help IcozWeb create state of the art tools for e-commerce businesses wishing to reach the next level.
