Chip is a Technology MBA students at UW, who is active in entrepreneurial classes, clubs and creation of entrepreneurial seminars and programs at UW. Chip has entrepreneurial startup experience in the tech space and a background in evaluating, developing, and managing new business opportunities. ICON is Chip's third venture, and the first in the social space.

Sean's background is emphasized in entrepreneurship, sales and leadership. Sean’s experience in sales lies in both B2B and B2C side. He has worked through and has been the driving force in attempted launches of two separate businesses. Throughout his career he has demonstrated success individually or with teams, either leading the nation in publicly traded companies for sales, or winning top tier recognition honors for teams that he has led.
