Inty is in charge of the commercial and financial strategy. He is finishing his PhD in Engineering Design at Imperial College and is interested in the structure of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. He has more than a decade of experience in SME and large organisation improvement projects in Europe, Asia, and South America.

In 2018, he was selected as one of the top 35 innovators under 35 Latin America in the MIT Technology Review.

Co-founder of Ichthion, Robert is responsible for the technological vision of the company and is in charge of pipeline development. He is also working towards a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Robert has expertise in applied mathematics, engineering, and design and holds multiple scientific and engineering awards, from institutions such as the Royal Commission for the Great Exhibition of 1851 and The Worshipful Company of Engineers.

Victor is in charge of project management and digital technologies. He is also pursuing a PhD in History and Philosophy of Science, Cambridge University. Victor has over 15 years of programming experience, 8 years of project management experience in both hardware and software development, and has conducted scientific research on a number of topics at the intersection of neuroscience and computer science.
