Alvin oversees the company's operations, product delivery and business development. Alvin has 18 Years of software development and design experience and 10 years of Patient Management software development experience.

Amira assists with company operations and is responsible for managing the risks and business impacts of privacy laws and policies. Dr. Brown has over 10 years of experience in clinical research.

Lou leads our ICEMEDX sales team and operations. He is responsible for overseeing our marketing staff and initiating new marketing strategies. Lou has over 40 years of related experience, and 17 of those years were with IBM under sales and marketing, software development and software support divisions.

Michael uses a client-centric approach to help customers realize their optimal value from ICEMEDX's solutions. He is focused on what the provider needs to improve their practice. Michael has 12 years of patient support service experience.

Keith currently oversees Information Technology Services of ICEMEDX. Keith has a tremendous amount of experience in implementing IT solutions in the healthcare industry, directly managing installations, technical support and selecting appropriate hardware solutions for healthcare IT implementations. Keith has over 10 years of Health Information Technology experience.
