Prior to forming Icarian Associates, he's divided his time between public agencies and private sector businesses. Most recently his work has been focused on the healthcare industry working with medical management, clinical research, senior services and bio-technical companies.

Responsible for facilitating and optimizing staff performance at all levels, from executive to production and distribution, as well as for managing operational risk. Prior to joining Icarian, she was founder, president and CEO of STRATCON LLC, a Virginia-based woman-owned small business specializing in independent research and the application of decision science to manage risk in complex governmental and commercial operational environments.

Responsible for implementing, managing and analyzing software platforms. Robin has spent twenty eight years in the healthcare industry specializing in the support, upgrade, maintenance and implementation of clinical applications. She spent thirteen years as a senior clinical analyst for Hospital Corporation of America. She attained a B.S in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University, and a B.S. in Medical Technology.

Responsible for the development of the ICPS infrastructure technology and architecture, as well as the management and security of all intellectual property. Before joining Icarian, Dan was founder and president of SProLinux, Inc., a veteran-owned technology consulting firm serving Fortune 50 clients. Dan brings his results-oriented approach and his 25-year track record in computer engineering and project management to the Icarian team.

Responsible for the development and implementation of financial systems and strategies, as well as pricing protocols and capital structure. Prior to joining Icarian, he spent 15 years as a financial executive for large, national healthcare providers. In 2001, Shayne was part of the core executive team of a start-up company that grew its annual revenues to over $1 billion within six years. He brings vast experience in a fast growth environment.
