I founded ICARENP after noticing a decline in the quality of health care and access to care in low income areas. My organization structure consists of three components that will evolve overtime. This consists of a virtual healthcare clinic, a clinical focused education practicum program for nurse practitioner students, and our foundation. My organization structure was conceptualized from my evidenced-based Hospitality Health Care Delivery Model.
