His initial startup focused on acquiring and managing high risk credit card transactions the company still operates independently. His second startup, iDownload was an early adopter of the desktop advertising supported business model, founded in 2003, iDownload closed in 2007 as a result of increased regulation of the space.

Andy H MuldowneyCTO & Co-FounderAndrew Muldowney is the CTO of iCall and brings with him 10 years of software development and expert UI development. Andy was one of the original developer’s for Verizon’s first attempt at VoIP in the late 90’s and has a broad knowledge of voice, video and mobile technology.
