The call center will do a business to business & business to client services. The operation will be managed by a dedicated cadre of customer support specialists & employing a pool of young graduates (full & part-timers) who are able to consistently provide excellent telephone service in a timely & cost-effective manner. The activity would consist of: Product Support, Telemarketing & Order Processing,Telesales, Market Research & Surveys.
