Rahul is pursuing Social Entrepreneurship at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He looks after overall management of the company and heads marketing team. An Engineer by training, worked with Schneider Electric for 3 years in Sales, Marketing and Project Management profiles.During his stint at Schneider Electric he was involved in designing a solar PV box and a company catalogue. Rahul loves playing volleyball and trekking.

Shailesh is Computer Science from College of Engineering Pune. He pursuid career with Tata Consultancy services after graduating for 3 years. During his stint at TCS led multiple teams with end to end deliveries of software projects. Currently pursuing Social Entrepreneurship at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He looks after operations of the company.

Harshal has two years of experience of working across various countries as a Business consultant. Harshal attended College of Engineering, Pune and graduated in Electrical engineering in 2009. She pursued her career in Cummins India for a year and then moved to earn her management degree in Marketing from Pune University. She has strong business analyst skills and support us with the nuances of process.

Pragya is pursuing Msc. Tech. Finance from BITS Pilani. She has 3 years of experience in Social Service with National Service Scheme. For the past 1 year she has been developing insights into Social media marketing. She believe in the phrase "Capre Diem". At India Donates, Pragya will be responsible for Social Media and Digital marketing.
