iASC, following work with the Seafood Development Centre, innovated an extensive portfolio of Umami-centric seafood products, which harness the natural, flavour enhancement properties of the glutamates found in Irish shellfish. We have, to date, launched our first product, iASC Irish Shellfish Butter, to the Food Service channels in Ireland, UK and UAE. We are in the process of launching to the Retail channel, and a further 4 products also.
