Mr. Herman has been involved in various business opportunities both in Jamaica and in the States. He and his family are active members of the business community, helping to raise funds for special projects and operating such diverse businesses as an airlines, construction firm and restaurants. When he emigrated to the US he entered into college where he studies civil engineering, flight operations and mathematics.

Mr. Sasser attended DeVry and Armstrong State College, in Savannah, GA. He then joined the apprentice program at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. In 1984, four years after his IBEW graduation, Mike founded Craft Electric, Inc, which grew over 25 years to a high point of 50 employees and $5 million in annual sales. Mike joined the Independent Electrical Contractors in 1994. He has worked with the I-Group team for 7 years
