Mr. Keren brings extensive experience managing organizations through inception to successful business growth. Prior to HypnoCore, Mr. Keren founded and managed several startup companies such as CareerHarmony (acquired by Manpower Inc.), ESI, and Ingenio (acquired by SAP). Mr. Keren also held executive position in companies such as Applied Materials and Kodak, leading multi-disciplinary business units to international growth and business success.

Dr. Baharav is a sleep expert and pediatrician with a background in physics. Dr. Baharav brings with her extensive experience in the area of sleep disorders and first envisioned and investigated the applicability of Heart Rate Variability analysis in sleep research. She holds a professional interest in clinical research on sleep, sleep deprivation and drowsiness.

Dr. Eyal joined HypnoCore at the end of 2006, and brings with her a multi disciplinary approach based on medical, physical, optical and signal processing knowledge. She has experience in planning, executing and analyzing physical and biomedical studies and has extensive knowledge of non-linear dynamics (chaos theory).

Mr. Dagan is a biomedical engineer with vast experience in product development and project management. He has experience in software development, biomedical research including simulations and experiment design & analysis. Mr. Dagan is a member of the medical products standardization committee in the Standards Institution of Israel. Mr. Dagan obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc in Biomedical Engineering (with honors) and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
