Mike is a visionary gear-head with self-trained design, materials and production expertise. He has had a passion for the outdoors since a very early age and began researching and adopting ultralight philosophies well before ultralight gear was available in the marketplace. Mike also has a proven track record of strong determination and rapidly rising up in any chosen field.

Dan St. PierreCo-Founder and CFO
Dan is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and has over fifteen years of experience in both corporate finance and entrepreneurship. He has worked at large multi-nationals such as Moody’s Investor’s Service and Bristol-Myers Squibb, a Boston high-tech start-up called Commerce.TV, and has consulted for start-ups in the retail furniture, footwear manufacturing and restaurant industries.

Justin McAnaneyCOO and Legal Counsel
Justin has a degree in Business Management from Georgetown Univ. and a law degree from New York Univ. He worked for more than a decade as a corporate lawyer at one of the world’s leading law firms in New York and London. He also has a track record of entrepreneurship, investment in early stage companies and a broad business background. In addition to his work at HMG, Justin currently sits on multiple corporate and charitable boards.

Jim SadlerHead of Product Development
Jim is an industrial designer & product developer, focusing on action sports equipment, with unique category and project management experience, including supplier relations and quality control. Jim served as Senior Equipment Designer for The North Face and as Product Manager for Burton Snowboards. Jim has previously designed for Bern, Oakley and Black Diamond. Jim will join the HMG team following the closing of the proposed round of funding.
