As a CEO, she earned additional revenues for a 12-hospital system by leading the first ever CMS pay-for-performance, quality improvement demonstration project. Linda holds an MPH from Columbia, MBA from Univ of Florida and BA for UC Berkeley,

    CEO

    Shiva was the Founder and CEO of Excel LifeSciences, Inc. and a founder of a J2EE middleware company, Object Channels. As the first SAP employee at TopTier Software, Shiva managed the TopTier-SAP relationship. He has been a senior consultant in high tech, software and medical industries. He has extensive experience working with start-ups and began his career at GE. Shiva holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from USC and a BS in EE.

    Jeannie Chen, MD is a former anesthesiologist who practiced at Kaiser Santa Clara in Northern California. She obtained her MD from Northwestern and completed her anesthesia residency at NY-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University. She is currently an MBA candidate at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

    Jim has experience in hospital quality in both the clinical lab and the cancer center settings. Jim has headed up the BD function of the informatics group of an S&P 500 clinical trials company. His experience is with new business development, partnerships, and leveraging large data sets to solve healthcare problems. Jim is an alumni of the University of Rochester where he majored in biology.

    Nisha previously worked on the healthcare team at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Santa Monica, CA. She specialized in media relations and celebrity spokesperson campaigns. Prior to this, she handled media relations, events and client relations for Hill+Knowlton lifestyle and entertainment accounts. Nisha has a BA from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.

    Dr. Bahram Nour-Omid, PhD was the founding Chairman and CEO of StudioXchange, Inc., which was acquired by IFILM. He was also the Founding CTO & Director of Scopus Technology, Inc., which went IPO and was sold to Siebel Systems, Inc. He is currently a director of Roamware, Inc., Integrated Decision Systems, Isensix, & Kryptiq. He earned a PhD and MA, Computer Simulation; an MA, Mathematics; and an MS, Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley.
