Ms. Drexler was President of Aperon Biosystems, and had significant strategic and operational responsibilities at LifeScan, where she played key roles in the development and launch of the One Touch system and in the sale of LifeScan to J&J. Ms. Drexler sits on the board of diaDexus, a publicly-traded In-Vitro Diagnostic company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Parnell held leadership positions with Kodak Diagnostics (now J&J) and Amersham International (GE Healthcare).

Ms. North is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with 30 years of practical experience in the IVD/Self Blood Glucose Monitoring market both domestically and globally initially with Bayer Corp. After leaving Bayer Diabetes Care in 2006, Ms. North spent two years working for Home Diagnostics Inc. as a Marketing Director.

Mr. Bloom is a veteran product development executive, with 25 years of experience bringing new technologies to market for IBM, Unisys, StorageTek, and successful entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, Mr. Bloom was CIO of Optimization Group, where he received the Innovation Michigan award for his work with Genentech.
