Mr. Tappan is an entrepreneurial, senior executive and investor with 20+ years demonstrated success across multiple industries. He has significant experience in leading multi-million dollar companies including startups, turnarounds and high growth companies. He has held executive positions in sales, operations, and supply chain; providing a unique insight into many facets of a company’s infrastructure. Mr. Tappan received his BSIE from USF.

Ms. Allen is a seasoned entrepreneur, successful business woman and co-founder of HydroGenesis. She has served on a number of healthcare related Boards and is very active with Hospice. Ms. Allen received her Bachelor’s degree from WilliamSmith College, holds her MSW from the University of New Hampshire, and attended Harvard & Episcopal Divinity Schools.

An accomplished senior executive, Mr. Leasure's 30 year tenure with IBM saw him in a number of high profile capacities. His work quickly vaulted him to become a recognized expert. After leading teams in new product development, market development, and sales, he worked to launch a new division of IBM which he helped grow to over $2.2B in worldwide sales. Earning his degree from Ohio University, Mr. Leasure is a decorated veteran and speaker.

Dr. Luria is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and co-founder of HydroGenesis. He is a graduate of Hobart College with studies and research at Buffalo General, Mt. Sinai, and Brooke Army Hospitals. His 30 year research and work with Beta Labs and Scripps Clinical Laboratories led to the development of the patented Silicone, ALLENiCONE®.

Mr. Galloway has held management and executive positions in both investor owned and
not-for-profit U.S. health care companies and institutions for over four decades. His
experiences include the development of two U.S. public companies, Chairman and CEO, for two U.S. listed health care companies; Chief Financial Officer, for two academic medical centers and Health Maintenance Organizations; SVP Development, for Vanguard Health Systems, and HCA.
