Our motors lower cost up to 60% and improve efficiency up to 3X relative to competitive technologies - without using rare earth metals. Robert AndersonSenior VP of Licensing & Business Development
Mr. Anderson has over 30 years of licensing experience while at UOP, LLC and IIT. Mr. Anderson is currently the Director of Technology Transfer and IP at IIT. Prior to joining IIT, Mr. Anderson spent 37 years at UOP in various management positions. Mr. Anderson also acts as an investor, director or officer in several startups, including a Li-ion battery pack manufacturer.

Heidi LubinChief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Ms. Lubin has 10 years experience in early stage ventures and with mature automotive and energy organizations. Prior to HEVT, she worked as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis working with companies in the automotive, oil and gas, and media sectors. She previously worked on growth equity investment strategies at Thoma Cressey Bravo and Pacific Rim Partners. Ms. Lubin holds a JD/MBA from Northwestern/Kellogg and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Ali EmadiInventor, Co-Founder
Dr. Emadi is an renowned expert in hybrid powertrain with over 20 hybrid and electric powertrain designs, over 300 published articles and presentations, 6 published books, and many consulting engagements with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and transportation companies. Dr. Emadi is currently the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Hybrid Powertrain and Director of MacAUTO at McMaster University. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Texas A&M.

Mahesh KrishnamurthyCo-Inventor
Dr. Krishnamurthy is a co-inventor on HEVT’s high rotor pole SRM and also serves as an assistant professor and Director of the Electric Drives and Energy Conversion Lab at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Texas.

Heather RichmanVP, Government and External Affairs
Ms. Richman is a seasoned government relations strategist specializing in the energy and technology sectors. Previously, she was a key member of the Global Policy & Government Affairs team at Cisco Systems, Inc. She also handled State & Federal Government Relations for Stanford University. Before entering the private sector, she spent five years on Capitol Hill overseeing appropriations, budget & tax for U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer (NY).

Piyush DesaiLead Inventor & Chief Technology Advisor
Dr. Desai has over 20 years of industry and start-up expertise across machine design, power electronics and solar. Dr. Desai is the lead inventor on HEVT's SRM technology. He has previously led start-ups in the United States and in India, in addition to key appointments at Danfoss and elsewhere.
