Hurr Taco is a low maintenance restaurant that is niche driven. Serving a basic menu of tacos and beer. Tacos will served in a sandwich shop style for ordering then finished with a self serve toppings and condiments station. Beers can be ordered from service staff in a cocktail type manner. The tacos will be ordered individually and served on house cooked corn or flour tortillas. The real money is in merchandising such as Tshirts.
