By 2025 New York state is passing new mandates that will make micro brewers purchase 90% or more of there brewing supplies from with n the state. currently there is only 1/4 of that 90% percent available. tis means that the potential to sell hops will be huge. one acre of hops produces 2400-2600 pounds of hops worth between 75,000-100,00 dollars. At Hunt Country Hops we hope to corner the market in eastern NY.
