Ian has led research & development on Humphry Davy’s first product since its inception. He grew up on a farm just outside Cleveland, Ohio. he is starting a MS in CS at Harvard this fall (2016). He has published multiple peer reviewed papers, won cancer research awards and has collaborated with 2 pharmaceutical companies on drug development (Pfizer & Bristol­Myers Squibb).

George has led the mechanical and standards design of the product enclosure, along with the prototyping and manufacturing. He has worked on projects for customers such as Clipper Creek, Tesla and ChargePoint. George took over as the lead design engineer for General Cable Corp’s PHEV solution. He has been on two technical panels, SAE and NEC to review standards for EV designs.

Tyson is Green Belt certified to lead Six Sigma teams and currently works for The Scotts Miracle­Gro Company where he manages a team of 10 people in a $10 million part of the business. Tyson has pioneered a product knowledge kit that has been utilized and adopted nationwide by the company. He stems from a family of entrepreneurs and has helped his mother start, maintain, and grow a successful small business.
