Products: The Humorbase will be the first comprehensive searchable database of American humor, with text and audio/video content that can be downloaded to a mobile device, or desktop.

We have developed prototypes of:

• A website interface for the database at Jokeprocessor.com.

• The iJokeprocessor TM a prototype for a mobile device application, to access both the company’s database and the users local database.

Rationale: Humor content has never been specifically organized for the Internet age, and most importantly, for the mobile device age. Of the hundreds of humor related websites on the Internet today, none offer a comprehensive searchable database with text and audio/video content that can be downloaded to a mobile device. The database will be compiled by industry leading editors and include movie clips, comedian clips, TV show clips, audio clips, funny music etc. The emphasis will be on selecting and obtaining rights to high quality, edited humor. It is expected that rights holders will see inclusion as a promotional opportunity.

Current Status: Humorsoft TM is a first stage company. The company has research and design work completed on a mobile device App, Internet services, two key trademarks, a domain name issued, editorial and technical development teams in place, and a prototype mobile device App the iJokeprocessor TM, operating.

Business model: Humorsoft TM will design, develop, market and sell Mobile device Apps, and sell subscription services to its corporate database, the Humorbase.

The Humorbase will be a large searchable and downloadable database of American humor. This carefully compiled database of written humor, audio, video and graphic humor, will become a very valuable corporate asset over time, and will discourage competition.

The iJokeprocessor ™ mobile device application is the first mobile device application to provide users with access to a large collection of humor on Humorsoft’s website.

The software and website design will easily translate to foreign languages for licensing abroad.

Currently, there is no application available for mobile devices that allows for downloading of text, audio, video, and graphic forms of humor. Currently, there is no comprehensive, searchable and well-formatted database of American humor. We expect to be the first serious entry in this market area.

Humor, especially topical humor is a requirement of many occupations and a very desirable social skill. To date, accessing humor in a particular topic area, occupation area, vulgarity rating, gender related, or historical period has been impossible. Humorsoft will put that all important ice breaker, hilarious one liner and appropriate occupation link and vulgarity rating in the pocket of the much maligned human race.
