Ambigú, Empanada Bar is a gourmet empanada restaurant chain under the holding company, Hummingbird Hospitality. The first location will be New York City, specifically the New York University area, to attract students. As part of the growth strategy, the brand will expand in New York City to neighbor the 4 largest universities. It will then expand to other cities with high student populations, such as Washington, D.C. and Boston, MA.
